RWSN Member Survey 2026

Description:

In an ongoing effort to improve the quality of service provided by the Rural Water Supply Network and its Secretariat, and to inform the continued delivery of the RWSN Strategy 2024-2030, an online survey was launched on 15 April 2026 and kept open until 15 May 2026. 325 complete and partial responses were logged.
This document summarises the responses and aggregates the answers from the four languages offered: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. It also provides comparison to the previous editions of the survey where appropriate.
The Secretariat would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate in this survey. A network is its members, so it is critical that the Secretariat and leadership understand something about who RWSN members are, where they work, what challenges they are facing, and how the network is helping or can help them.
