RWSN Mentoring Programme – mid-year assessment report

RWSN has been running a mentoring programme for the water sector since 2019 in English, French and Spanish.

We run an assessment half way through the mentoring programme to:
- get some feedback from mentors and mentees on what they were working on, and how satisfied they were with their participation in the mentoring programme;
- enable mentors and mentees to self-assess, and correct the course of the mentoring relationship for the rest of the year if it was off-track.
- take mentors’ and mentees’ feedback into account in the next iterations of the mentoring programme.
