Water Compass is an international non-governmental organization which seeks to prevent disease through the provision of clean water, improved sanitation and hygiene promotion. Specifically, Water Compass constructs and manages solar-powered water supply systems in rural communities in Uganda to provide a reliable and sustainable source of clean water. We simultaneously support a market-based approach to improving sanitation and hygiene in households. All of Water Compass’ programs are designed with long term sustainability in mind to ensure lasting impact.
