RWSN Mentoring programme

Description:

Mentoring is when two people—a mentor and mentee—work together to help the mentee improve his/her skills. The mentor acts as a role model and supports the mentee by sharing knowledge, resources, and advice to help the mentee improve his/her skills.

We encourage mentor and mentee to complete this agreement form during their first meeting and send it to the RWSN Secretariat (susanna.germanier@skat-foundation.ch). It will help to organise the mentoring relationship.
