Frank Water is an international development NGO based in the UK but has its WASH and water security and safety programmes in India, Nepal and Kenya. Our mission is to alleviate global water poverty, enhance health, and protect the natural environment by improving the way that people understand and use water, with a focus on those most in need. We apply the principles of systems thinking, collective action and Integrated Water Resource management (IWRM) across all our projects.

Our work transforms the lives of people living in vulnerable conditions and extreme poverty by supporting access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene awareness. We do this in a number of ways by:
• Strengthening systems for the most marginalised communities.
• Developing tools and approaches that we advocate to large agencies and governments, to inspire the change that is needed for a water-secure world.
• Establishing collective water stewardship actions for use in corporate supply chains.
• Delivering a UK education programme to inspire people to value and protect the world’s most precious resource, and adopt a more sustainable approach to water.
