Water4 develops local social enterprises to deliver water services in predominantly rural areas. The services include installation and operation of revenue-based small piped water systems, manual drilling and handpump installation and maintenance, WASH training, and geo-hydro surveying. Partners receive start-up capital in the form of service contracts and competency development in operations and technical areas, including holistic mission leadership.
